Creative Depth : Integrative Health : Home Design
My own evolving journey has informed, inspired and led me to offer this co-creative space, where my passions, skills and experience can serve to benefit others. Propelled by the impact of the Covid pandemic, moving forward through career burnout and caregiver stress, and drawing from my background in marketing, interior design and the arts, this path is deeply aligned with my personal vision and values, centered on a balanced and holistic approach to optimal health and well-being.
I am a Journey Path Institute™ Certified Creative Depth Coach, Duke University-trained Integrative Health Coach and Earth Home Feng Shui consultant. My personal aesthetic and wellness perspective have been influenced by a decade of living and working in Japan, as well as extensive travel through Asia and Europe. I thrive on connection to the arts and fully embrace the creative spirit. I believe that a curious mind and open heart wield tremendous power and potential for attaining personal awareness, growth and transformation. It is my honor to serve as guide and companion in realizing your most authentic, creative, vibrant self and life.
It's all about the journey!
